Safe Visitation ServicesSupervised Visitation:

Supervised visitation provides children with a structured place and the necessary support to have safe visits with a parent.

Based on research, that demonstrates the importance of children maintaining positive contact with both parents, safe supervised visitation provides children an opportunity to have timeshare  visits with their other parent, in a secure environment.

What is supervised parenting time?

Supervised parenting time may be court ordered for the parent and children to take place in the presence of a trained professional.  The supervisor will encourage positive interaction between the parent and children.

Care is taken to guarantee the safety of parents and their children at all times. The facilitator remains within earshot and sight of the parent and children, during the entire visit and exchange.

What is the first step?

Each parent schedules their own intake appointment. During the appointment, I get to know the parent, their relationship with the other parent and their children, as well as their situation.

At this time, I explain the process, along with my fees and schedule the visitation.  I offer my services to  families who may elect to use my office, or enjoy their visitation in the field.   Supervision is always provided in safe settings, determined by the supervisor and the court.

Will I have to see/talk to the other parent?

No. Parents arrive and leave at separate times, use separate parking areas, entrances, and waiting areas.

When are visitation  hours available?

I offer visitation on Monday through  Friday during both days and evenings. I also provide supervised visitation on Saturdays  from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

My intake appointments are offered during the work week from 9 am. - 6pm. Please call (561) 912 - 0190  to schedule an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If a parent has to cancel an appointment, or visitation, a 24-hour notice must be given by calling my office and informing me of this change.  I will return your call to advise you that I have received your phone message and will reschedule the appointment/visitation.

If a supervised visitation time is cancelled, I will contact  the other parent to give notice of the cancellation.

No explanation will be given regarding the cancellation, to the other parent.  To read more in regards to my supervised visitation service, please go to my new  Safe Supervised Visitation Service website.
