Office Visits:

There is a solution to most problems in life, but it requires a well trained, caring professional to assist in exploring and choosing strategies to work through issues.

Scheduling An Appointment:

Office visits are offered by appointment only, Monday through Thursday from 9:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. A minimum of 24 hour notice of a cancelation is required, so that another person can have that time to receive my assistance.

Session Fees:

Fees are due at the time of the visit, in check, cash or credit card. I take VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER CARD to make things easier for my clients.

At the end of a 50 minute session, a completed insurance form is given to each client, such that they may receive some reimbursement from their own insurance company. I do not take insurance assignment and cannot guarantee any insurance reimbursement. I will hold and secure your appointment time, with your authorization and charge your credit card for the scheduled session. The time you scheduled is yours and saved for just you.

If, for any reason, an appointment has to be cancelled, without twenty - four hours notice, the full fee for the session will be charged to your credit card, as others have been turned away from your session time.

Forensic time spent by myself has a different fee scale.
